Team Member Qualifications:

DTG Aviation’s principles of quality are exemplified by the capabilities of each of our Team Members.  Each member of the DTG Aviation team is required to maintain, or obtain, FAA and /or FCC licenses with an emphasis on performance based education and experience.  Most of our team members currently hold multiple ratings.  DTG Aviation maintains documentation of each employee’s training certifications, and licenses, and will provide copies upon request. Approximately 95% of our technicians currently hold these certifications and at least 85% have documented prior military aircraft training.  Currency requirements are managed both corporately and individually.

Our highly skilled technicians are led by recognized experts in the fields of Aircraft Structural, Electrical Systems, Avionics, Propulsion Systems, Prop & Rotor Repair, Scheduled and Unscheduled Maintenance, including experience in Depot Repair Operations, and Fleet Sustainment.  In addition to these skills our senior technicians have supported Prototype Engineering, Technical Manual Reviews and Technical Writing.  Approximately 68% of our team members have been Modification and Repair Site Supervisors as well as Quality Control Managers and Leads.

DTG Aviation Training Requirements:

• FCC or FAA License and /or equivalent experience required
• 95% of all Team members hold one or more FAA or FCC Licenses
• 85% of all Team members have documented prior military training
• Veteran Employees
